Supervisor
For the trailer department, focusing on body assembly

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating, leading, and following up on daily work according to current quality standards, delivery schedules, productivity goals, and compliance requirements. You will work closely with the department manager and team leaders.

We are looking for someone with relevant education and some experience in supervisory or personnel management. We expect you to be solution-oriented, attentive, and a good team player, with an understanding of the importance of effective routines and a commitment to continuously improving them. Proficiency in both domestic languages and computer skills is essential.
