Job description

We are now looking for a WAREHOUSE WORKER for the spare parts department! We are looking for a warehouse worker who is primarily responsible for receiving, inspecting, and registering incoming goods to the department. The role is crucial to ensure that the right materials are delivered on time and in good condition, and that inventory levels are kept up to date. As a warehouse worker, you should also be able to pack spare parts orders that we send to our end customers, service workshops, dealers, and subsidiaries.

 

Main tasks:

  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries against delivery notes, orders, and drawings.

  • Report discrepancies such as damaged goods or incorrect deliveries.

  • Register incoming goods in our ERP system.

  • Label and place spare parts in the correct location in the warehouse. Active optimization of our storage spaces.

  • Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized.

  • Packing of spare parts orders.

Job requirements

  • Experience in warehouse work or goods reception is an advantage.

  • Basic computer skills, preferably experience with ERP systems.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel, you will also use the Office program Power BI. (Training provided on site).

  • Forklift license is a plus.

  • Good communication skills in Swedish.

  • Accurate, structured, and responsible.
