Material Coordinator

We are looking for a

Material Coordinator

As a Material Coordinator, you will work as a part of a team of Material Coordinators in the Logistics department, acting as the “spider in the web” to ensure that production always has the material needed. You will play a central role in coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials.

Main tasks:

• Receive and manage material orders from our production departments.
• Create picking orders and ensure deliveries are made according to customer requirements.
• Follow up and report any shortages.

We are looking for someone with:

• Good computer skills and experience of ERP systems.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• A strong desire to always provide the best possible service to the customer.
• Good communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in logistics or materials handling.
• Previous experience of development and continuous improvement.
  

Technical education and good knowledge of Finnish and English are an advantage.
