We are looking for a
Material Coordinator
As a Material Coordinator, you will work as a part of a team of Material Coordinators in the Logistics department, acting as the “spider in the web” to ensure that production always has the material needed. You will play a central role in coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials.
Main tasks:
- Receive and manage material orders from our production departments.
- Create picking orders and ensure deliveries are made according to customer requirements.
- Follow up and report any shortages.
Job requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Good computer skills and experience of ERP systems.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- A strong desire to always provide the best possible service to the customer.
- Good communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in logistics or materials handling.
- Previous experience of development and continuous improvement.
Technical education and good knowledge of Finnish and English are an advantage.
