We are looking for a

KITCHEN AND CLEANING SERVICES SUPERVISOR

As the Kitchen and Cleaning Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our kitchen and cleaning services operations. You will work closely with both employees and internal customers to ensure efficient operations, high-quality standards, and excellent service.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate kitchen and cleaning services operations.
• Plan and organise daily activities and workflows.
• Onboard, support, and develop employees.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, self-monitoring requirements, and quality standards.
• Order supplies, cleaning chemicals, and food products, and manage inventory in accordance with agreements.
• Monitor hygiene, cleaning standards, occupational health and safety, and sustainability targets.
• Collaborate with internal customers, suppliers, and support functions.

Job requirements

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Has experience in a supervisory or other leadership role.
• Is well organised and has strong planning skills.
• Enjoys leading people and fostering engagement within a team.
• Has excellent collaboration skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Takes responsibility and is able to make decisions in day-to-day operations.
• Has good written and spoken Swedish. Knowledge of Finnish is considered an advantage.
