WAREHOUSE WORKER

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our Spare Parts Department!

The Spare Parts Department supplies spare parts to all our markets with spare parts and plays a vital role in maintaining a high level of service and customer satisfaction. The department is an important part of our business and contributes significantly to our continued success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing spare parts orders.

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries against packing slips, purchase orders, and technical drawings.

  • Reporting discrepancies such as damaged goods or incorrect deliveries.

  • Registering incoming materials in our ERP system.

  • Labelling and placing spare parts in the correct warehouse locations, as well as actively developing and optimising warehouse space utilisation.

  • Ensuring that the work area is kept clean, safe, and well organised.

Job requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, receiving goods, or similar tasks is considered an advantage.

  • Basic computer skills and preferably with experience of ERP systems.

  • A forklift licence is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills in Swedish.

  • A structured, accurate, and responsible approach to work.

  • Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills.

  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure.

  • Positive attitude.
