Logistics Manager

Central Warehouse, Närpes Factory

We are currently looking for a Logistics Manager to join our central warehouse team at the Närpes factory.

The Logistics Manager at NTM holds overall responsibility for the company’s logistics function and ensures efficient, cost‑conscious and reliable flows of materials and products throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and coordinate the four main areas of the logistics organisation: transport, distribution, warehousing and internal logistics.

  • Ensure efficient material flows to the production at the Närpes factory as well as to our subsidiaries in other countries.

  • Develop and modernise warehouse management systems in close cooperation with our internal experts.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and internal policies related to transport, occupational safety and warehousing.

  • Lead, engage and develop employees within the logistics organisation.

Job requirements

We Are Looking for Someone Who

  • Has solid experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

  • Has experience working with warehouse management systems and ERP solutions (ERP/WMS).

  • Has experience in a managerial or coordinating role (considered an advantage).

  • Is structured, proactive and solution‑oriented.

  • Is a confident and clear leader who motivates and develops their team.
