We are looking for a

TRAINING MANAGER FOR SERVICE PERSONNEL

for our After Sales department

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated candidate to lead and develop the training programs for our internal service technicians as well as technicians at our contract workshops and customer sites.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating training materials and conducting sessions that ensure that participants have the knowledge and skills required to service NTM: s equipment efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

·         To develop course plans, ensuring that training materials are current and updated

·         To plan and conduct training sessions both internally and externally

·         To evaluate training needs and adapt programs according to technical and industry-specific changes

·         To collaborate with technical experts and other departments to ensure the training is relevant and up-to date

·         To follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of the training and participants’ performance

Job requirements

·         Strong technical understanding and experience working as a service technician or in a similar role

·         Pedagogical ability and willingness to convey information clearly and engagingly

·         Good communication and collaboration skills

·         Proficiency in Swedish, Finnish and English, both spoken and written

·         Experience in developing and conducting training is considered an advantage
